PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically dispatched within 2 business days (excluding public holidays).
Please note that during peak periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual.

SHIPPING COSTS
We ship directly from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days after dispatch.
Shipping costs will be calculated on check out depending on destination.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We’ll make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please refer to your tracking information or get in touch with the courier for further assistance.
LOST PACKAGES
Once your order has left our Melbourne warehouse, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. If you believe your package may be lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@spreadables.co
We’ll do our best to assist you in tracking it down.
In the unlikely event that your order is confirmed lost, we recommend lodging a claim directly with the courier.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@spreadables.co before your shipping confirmation email is sent. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check that your address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any additional costs associated with redirecting or resending your order will be the customer’s responsibility.
PICKUPS
We do not offer click and collect; all orders will be shipped out through courier.
